CH Caro's Pretty Percy "Percy"
Our Foundation bitch... Love of our lives... Dog extraordinaire...
Percy came to us as an adorable 6 week old puppy. 10 years later, she remains, the center of our lives At the 2008 AMTC
National Specialty and associated AMTC District 2 Specialty, Percy was Best of Opposite Sex in veteran Sweepstakes (Best in
Sweeps having been awarded to "Jake" one of the top winning dogs in the history of the breed who also went on to
Best of Variety at the National). Having transformed from "Pet" to "Champion" then to "Dam,"
Percy earned her "Register of Merit" distinction in 2005. Percy now has three generations of AKC Champions descendents
with the fourth currently in the ring. She will always be the smartest, best dog EVER!

CH Rustic Lane Sugar Magnolia "Maggie"
"Maggie" is named for our favorite Grateful Deed song, "Sugar Magnolia." What else can we say, quoting the song, "She's got
everything delightful, she's got everything I need."
Maggie finished her AKC Championship in only three weekends, and went on to be Best of Opposite Sex (Toy Variety) at the 2005
AMTC National Specialty in Pocono Manor, Pennsylvania. Maggie also qualified for the AKC/Eukanuba National Championships that
year. Maggie recently produced her first litter, and her daughters, "Glory" and "Julie" are now showing in the Southeast.
Maggie will be making her second foray into motherhood shortly. See our Puppies and Litters page for details.

CH Rustic Petite Fleur of Shal-Mar "Toolie"
Somtimes referred to as "The Tool," "Toolie" was the quintessential show dog. She never put a foot wrong
in the ring. With exceptional movement and structure, Toolie completed her AKC championship from 6-9mo puppy class in tough
competition in Northern California.
Toolie had produced some really outstanding get since her retirement from the show ring. We're looking forward to her
final litter in the Summer of 2008 after which she will return to her sole occupation as her Daddy's favorite girl.

CH Rustic Lane Dixie Daisy "Daisy"
"Daisy" is a promising young dog who in her first outing in the show ring won a 3pt major over specials. Shown
only twice before the 2008 AMTC National weekend, Daisy won Winners Bitch at both the AMTC Distict 2 Specialty and the AMTC
National Specialty the following day garnering two 5-point majors! Daisy went on to finish her AKC Championship two weeks
after the 2008 National. This lovely girl is 10 1/2lbs at 1 year of age, exhibiting wonderful breed type and flawless movement.
In addition to sound structure, Daisy has a lovely dark eye, perfect markings, and a rich mahogany tan.
Daisy is the product of the first "East Coast" breeding we pursued. We're very fortunate to have been able
to breed to Daisy's father, CH Burmack's Starbuck. Thanks to Jim Burrows and Pat Mackessy for letting us use their lovely
dog.

"Mouse" is a lovely girl who recently came back to live with us after 2 1/2 years in Texas. With dead-on
true movement, and a great temperment, we really look forward to finishing her AKC Championship.

CH Rustic Lane Too Hot to Handle "Sasha"
Sasha is the living embodiment of "type" for Manchester Terrier. We are so proud to have co-bred, whelped, and raised
such a delightful bitch. She is the perfect balance of elegance and power, speed and strength call for in the standard of
perfection. Sasha is ALL terrier! Her storied show career includes multiple group wins, Best of Opposite Sex, Specialty,
at the 2006 AMTC National Specialty, top 10 rankings since she was a puppy, and an invitation to the Westminster Kennel Club
Dog Show as one of the Top 5 Standard Manchesters in 2005. Legendary Terrier expert, Peter Green, has placed Sasha twice
in terrier groups. Sasha is the first, and to our knowledge the only, Standard Manchester Mr. Green has placed in a Terrier
Group in the United States since he retired from handling and began his judging career in 2006.
