Gord

Gord, aka Fwaggles Tragically Hip

Gord is EVERYTHING.  There's no better way to describe him.  With excellent conformation and type, soundness and movement, size and substance, and with perhaps the best temperament on any Toy Manchester we have ever met much less bred or owned, he really is everything a breeder/owner/handler can hope for and more.   We co-bred Gord with our good friends, Wendy and Amanda Kelly.

We were so confident in Gordie, that his very first dog show was the 2010 AMTC National Specialty in Lincoln, Nebraska, where our confidence was shown to be completely justified. Gord was Winners Dog and Best of Winners at the National and Reserve-Winners Dog at the District 5 specialty the same weekend.

On Gord's 2nd show weekend, he was Winners dog both days plus Best of Winners and Best of Opposite Sex over a male special along with winning the prestigious Bred-by Exhibitor Group under noted judge Mrs. Ann  Hearn. Gordie is well on his way to his AKC Championship, and we expect great things to come.

At a year old, Gordie weighs 10.5lbs.  He is vWD clear by parentage (both parents were DNA tested), and he has passed preliminary hip and knee screening.  Over the next 12 months, Gordie will go through the extensive health screening.  We expect Gord will make important contributions to our breeding program and the breed as a whole.
